This year we went to our local egg hunt downtown and boy was it crazy!! The toddlers got a few minutes to find eggs before all the other mad egg hunters ran in for the kill! The kids got their 6 eggs each and we were outta there before some got trampled on! Mommy was very happy to have survived the madness without Daddy around, two kids with that many people makes her a little nervous. As you can see the Little Man was showing me his eggs while the bigger kids ran onto the lawn :)This year the Little Miss had a blast looking for eggs. She knew what was in them and was a pro at rounding them up then opening them for CANDY! The eggs from downtown had alot of coupons and advertisements but those just got tossed to the side. She would scream a happy scream everytime she'd see jelly beans or chocolate.
So when we got home I tossed the kids eggs into the front yard and let them have another little mini egg hunt. Then they decided that dumping out eggs and putting their baskets on their heads would be a fun idea....again. On the way to the egg hunt that morning I had heard both of them laughing and giggling and when I looked back they both had their baskets on and were bobbing their heads to the music...a little bit of Akon (hip-hop/rap music). It was the cutest thing...they thought they were so cool! I love these silly kids!
